Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
UK Delivery
We ship orders using Royal Mail or trusted local couriers.
Estimated delivery time within the UK is 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International Shipping
Currently, EK Studio ships within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping will be available in the future.

At EK Studio, we take great care in ensuring the quality and hygiene of every product we offer.
Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our hijabs, we are only able to accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn (items that show signs of wear, scent, makeup or damaged), washed, ironed, or altered cannot be returned
If a returned item does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@ekstudio.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, so we can assist you as quick as possible.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instruction by email.
