Refund & Return Processing – E.K. Studio

At E.K. Studio, we take great care to ensure the quality and hygiene of every product we offer. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our hijabs, returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

Refund Processing Timeframe

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

UK Consumer Law Compliance

  • Our refund timeframe is in line with UK consumer rights, which require that refunds for faulty goods or valid returns must be processed without undue delay and within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Customers are informed of the 14-day processing timeframe before purchase, ensuring transparency and compliance with UK distance selling regulations.
